Vacuum leak and vibration

Vacuum leak and vibration
I think I have a vacuum leak, a whistling sound starts at around 2200 rpm and lasts until around 3000 rpm. It also mskes a hosding noise lasting about 5 secind when shutting her off. Is this a vacuum leak? And is it bad for the car?
I've looked at the hoses and they seem to be fine, but I'm no mechanic and couldn't find the problem. No obvious loose or disconnected hoses.
On a second note, I get a vibration above 60mph. I know I need new tires but money is tight right now. Are the tires the problem? They have a few weights missing so I'm thinking they need balanced, but was told it wasn't worth it
Thanks for the responses. My Stang is a 99 GT with 37k miles, and she's my baby. Had for less than a year.

Will it do this sitting still or only while driving it down the road? If you can duplicate the noise sitting in the driveway, then have a helper sit in the car & rev it till the noise starts while you pop the hood & try & locate it. Could be a manifold leak, a vac hose, many things. If this was a Chevy I would suspect the brake booster diaphram leaking, or the vac valve that's in the line from the mani to the booster.
""It also mskes a hosding noise lasting about 5 secind when shutting her off." Im not sure what a hosding noise is. Can you explain more?
The Vibration; It could be the tires, especially since you can see weights are missing. Go with the shops advice & don't waste your money on balancing worn out tires. It isn't worth throwing money away. Just drive a little slower untill you can afford the new tires so it doesn't shake the car apart.

Sorry about the misspelling. It was supposed to be a "hissing" noise. It sounds like its releasing pressure, but It happens with the ac off or on.
I recently charged my ac by myself, but it happened when the system was empty so I think I can rule that out.
I'll check to see if it happens when in the garage and not moving. Thanks for the help so far

The hissing noise that you're hearing after you shut it down, could it be coming from inside the car? Any vacuum noise like that, that happens after you shut it off has to be coming from some storage vessel or an operating valve like a vacuum valve that's controlling the climate controll, or a vacuum cannister that stores vacuum, or the brake booster. After the engine shuts off there is no more vacuum being generated that can leak & make noise, except in storage containers like those.

Great video. I should have checked for that. The hissing noise on shutdown is pretty loud, you can hear it from outside the car. Haven't gotten to the leak yet but I'll check tomorrow. Read brake pads took a while today since it was my first time, pretty simple though.
