Ok guys I'm still trying to figure this out. I've changed my fuel pressure regulator, fuel pressure sensor, the fuel filter is new and installed correctly and I dropped the tank to look and be sure all connections were good and they are. Pump only has 10k miles and seems to make good pressure. Basically I have this horrible hesitation anytime I let off the throttle and then jump right back on it aka shift and hit the next gear and she bogs. You can see the fuel pressure drop below 30 psi which I'm assuming is causing this. Is there some valve or something that's supposed to keep the pressure held at a minimum of 30?

At the chance of talking to myself I'm going to ask anyway. Could this be caused by a faulty or failing Fuel pump driver?
