I'm begining to think this might be my problem aswell.....
......Just not as bad as the OP's.
My overflow (radiator cap anyway) was puking so I replaced it with a new one and it's still doing it.............But its not overheating....
I had a 95 V6, and it's cap went bad. I replaced it with an autozone cap, it puked coolant everywhere. When the system would heat up, it wouldn't hold pressure and would spew. You could take the cap off with one finger. So I went to Orielys and got one with a safety latch, it was snugger but still let fluid past. So I ordered a motorcraft one from ebay.....and it was perfect...
Moral of the story...some caps don't work right. Get a motorcraft one. =)

Well mine's not overheating at all. It just overflows when the coolant gets warm,I think a new cap might do the trick (hopefully)! Thanks everyone for your help and interest..,
