Default fuel pressure

Hey there fellas im about to replace the stock fuel pressure regulator of my 97 cobra ( turbo kit on 6.5 lbs 42 lbs injectors and a 255 fuel pump ) now my question is at how many pounds should i set the regulator ? this is my first time doing this any input would help thanks.

The BFP should be set to 40 psi (base fuel pressure) This is done by adjusting the rep to 40psi with the car running and the vacume line dissconected from the regulator. (pardon typos just had arm surgery)

LOL Is that from the surgeries or the Vicodin!
