Default Brake Pads from Ford Taurus

Hi everyone

My parents car (2001 Ford taurus) has an extra pair of brake pads. Will it work on my car (2000 Mustang GT)?

I'll try and take a picture of them later.

Cross reference the part number on rock auto or google it. That's all I can tell ya.

Here are the two pictures of the box/rotor I can't find any part number on the box where would it be?

No, not even close. As suggested above look up both cars at RockAuto, or any FLAPS online site, you will see the part numbers are different...

Alright thanks guys I guess I have to buy a new pair... Thought it would fit since it's same year and Ford.
