Ok so after searching for a long time I have no diffinative answer. Every site or post has something different that conflicts with others answers.

Im looking for the production differences between the a and b pillars between the 99-04's all models.

The clip mounting locations are all the same that is common.

Looks like there is a difference but what year is the cutoff and what is that difference: overall perimiter outline or profile? Would they be interchangeable?

Only difference I'm aware of is the Mach's pillars being slanted differently at the rear quarter window. As far as I know, they are all the same otherwise.

They are all interchangeable, the only difference I know of for sure is that the '03 and '04 A-pillar coverings have a deeper "V" (ugly IMHO which is why I replaced mine with an '02 set)...

I can now confirm that cliffyk is correct. I went over to a couple of friends houses and compared pillars with my new carbon fiber pillars. Since I made them from a 99-00 set I needed to verify that they will fit all 99-04 and yes they do

I have my 01 cobra vert made in May of 01 and it has the sharper "V" faced pillars. So I believe the split is from 99- early 01 and then from late 01 to 04.
