so finally got around to redoing one of the tests to see if the rail sensor may be the cause of my low fuel pressure at boost and high rpm. So heres what i did with car idling i had data log hooked up and a fuel pressure gauge hooked to the schrader valve. initial readings, right around 40 on the data log which sounds correct, 31-32 psi on the gauge idle vaccume about 18 so that sounds about right. disconnected the vaccume line to the fprs pressure gauge jumped to 40psi data log stayed at 40. disconnected wiring harness from sensor fuel pressure dropped back to 32-35 psi and the data log went to 90.

now from what i understand that all sounds right, like its doing what its supposed to except the last part, i was under the impression the vaccume line and the sensor had to be unplugged and it was supposed to read 40 at the gauge but i didnt get that. Not sure if i misunderstood that or not. So at this point it seems to be working well, which means sounds like my pump or wiring might be bad? which sucks, so at this point i think im just going to switch over to return style because im not interested in dropping the tank more than one last time.
