Press on the brake just enough for the car to not move, then get on the gas. If you need to, press on the brake more so the car doesn't move.

Is it safe? Well, if no one else is around and you don't take off right after it (that can lead to you going sideways). Plus your rear breaks won't like it. But, it's like anything else, if it's done right and at the right time, then yes it's safe.

if you gatta stick, eh. then u gatta rev it up alittle bit, 2500-3000 is good. dump the clutch(let go of of it really fast). then quickley move your foot from the clutch to the brake and apply some pressure. at the same time floor the gas, and then u gatta find the right pressure for the brake and the gas so the car does not move and the wheels spin and you dont go into the red line.

dont keep the pettle to the metal, stay off the rev limiter. that is not good (obvisouly) if you are bouncing off that. but other then that i think they covered it.

Keep spinning until your tires explode.
