Valve cover gaskets blown out?

Default Valve cover gaskets blown out?
Preparing to change the old melted intake for the new upgraded model and found this problem the valve cover gaskets are both blown out. One is just a little but the other is halfway around the whole valve cover. Ive searched and and came up empty.

Anyone have any quick ideas? I already checked PCV and it is totally clear.

That's odd but yes it looks like they popped out and I have no idea how. I would definitely replace them.

Most logical explanation is that someone pulled the valve covers and the gasket fell off and got wedged on reassembly.

i would have thought but they have never been off the car lol
