There's a bunch of things: the Turbonator, electric bilge fan "superchargers" and the FuelMaxx Fuel Maximizer just to name a few...

Default Trick Flow Top End Kit

It's not exactly a "Bolt On" part but Trick Flow makes an upper enginer kit with heads, cams, timing chains, basically everything you need to boost a stock 4.6 Liter to 390HP but you will have to have a tuner to make it run correctly.

Default Questions about my build

So I have a 2004 mustang gt and I have a goal to be faster than a stock 5.0
Mods that are in the car
k&n cone for the air intake
sound resonators are out of the car
flow fx mufflers
I have ordered a ford performance air intake manifold and it will be in, in the next couple of days
the rest is stock
Mods that I have planned out
78mm throttle body (bbk)
340 lph fuel pump (rated for 500hp easy)
Bama hand held tuner
30 pound injectors

do you think that the injectors are too big? And do you think that there’s anything else I need to add since I have planned to put all of the mods in. I’m new to performance I just know little things and was wanting to see if I can get an opinion from some who probably has more knowledge than me.

I assume that by "stock 5.0" you are referring to the contemporary 2011+ models? For a geezer like me "5.0" is a reference to the push-rod engines in the pre '94 so-called "Fox-body" models.

If that is so, it ain't gonna' happen without forced induction, and at 400+ HP you'll be pushing that poor little 4.6L 2V so hard it won't last long.

Without f/i the TB pule pump and injectors are all "too big", it will run pig rich and tuning it to run otherwise will take more that a handheld 'BAMA tuner

BTW, you stock 2004 intake manifold IS the same as the FRPP manifoild...
