Default suspernsion issue?

Recently I've been having some problems when I turn my car. Sometimes not all the time when I turn my steering wheel I can hear what sounds like two parts clicking/ rubbing together. One other thing is after I got my tires changed I immediately noticed that if I brake a little harder than normal I can hear what sounds like a grinding/ screeching sound coming from the front right wheel of the car when I brake. Has anyone every had these two problems before? Anyone know what they could possibly be and how I can fix them? Anyone's help would be greatly appreciated.

My brake pads are new. Should I still check the wheel bearing and sway bar end link?

Yes, shake the wheel down for any play as well, never can rule out a balljoint either.

Ok. I haven't had the chance to check those two parts but I did discover that my rotor is a little loose and their uneven so I'm only getting braking on half of the rotor. This Wednesday I should be getting the chance to check that out. I already ordered new rotors to fix this. I'll let you know how it goes. Maybe that was the problem this entire time?

It could be a bad brake caliper, may not be compressing the pads all the way. When you take the brake assembly off pump the brakes with the car off to see if the pistons move, make sure to grease the slides the pads sit in. Step on the brake pedal with the car off until the pedal gets hard this will put the rotors in the correct place.

Hi, on checking your brake caliper. If one side of the rotor is worn then your slides screws on the caliper is not moving freely.also greases both slide screws and piston in the calipers. When you check the movement for the brake calipers , may sure the caliper is bolted on and against the rotor.other wise you will push out the piston from the caliper.and you will have to get them pressed in. or buy new calipers.

What do u mean the rotors loose? If the wheels of they might wiggle a little, if you mean with the wheel on its a balljoint/wheel bearing/ tie rod

I finally got around to checking it. I jacked the car up and the wheel only wiggled from left to right. Not up and down. Does anyone know what that could be?
