Default 96 mustang gt 248a?

Hey I bought my mustang a while ago it's a 96 gt black bone stock and just recently looked into it more since my friend said something about it that it could be a gts which I seen ended in 95 but was renamed 248a for 96-98 I believe I have one but is there any way to check n be positive it is one I have zero power options other than steering lol everything manual clothe seats no cruise no fogs but does have spoiler it feels like a v6 inside but has the 4.6l engine with tasteful mods I had put on n I was wondering just how rare it really is because I was considering selling it any info is greatly appreciated and if this topic already exists here sorry I didn't see it n if I can figure out how to ill put a few pics up lol

Yep, it's a 248A car. Crank windows and dual manual seats give it away. I owned one.

Yea I thought so and thanks and are they considered rare at all I know 5,xxx were made in 96 but that number has had to go down over the years with people crashing em or junking em I would think

Mines a gts package or maybe this 248a or whatever, gt crank windows, no trunk release, but had AC no cruise, 5 speed. But its not like it makes them worth money anyway

The GTS sucks. I don't get why Ford offered that version.

What? I think it is an awesome concept a V8 pony car with no added weight of Luxury items. I wish they still offered it
The one thing that annoys me now is the 248A owners thinking they have a special or rare car. It a Mustang with no options it is not rare it is not desirable and it is not collectible. It is cool drive it and enjoy the **** out of it!!!!!!!!

That's debatable really, no one knows what a car is going to be worth one day. Back in the 80's, my parents had a plain vanilla 69 Mustang with nothing special about it, except for the R code 428cj engine....
