nah, its definitely more than that. Making sounds when i'm not even moving now too, that and loosing fluid. Its only going to 325 to replace everything lines, MC, booster, pump and fluid.

Also, for the sake of passing on knowledge, I noticed that anytime the steering wheel is turned moving or stopped and the brakes are depressed, the wheel moves back/forces in the opposite way just for a split second. Also on the record my steering rack is newer only maybe 15k on it.

Disconnect the power connector to the ABS module temporarily. You will lose cruise control and you will have an ABS light, but that will help narrow it down. It could be a wheel sensor, or it could be the ABS unit

It most definitely has nothing to do with ABS.

Just an update to everyone, nothing has changed or gotten worse. Problem is still there and I haven't lost any ps or brake fluid.

Well, I will be replacing parts this weekend and i'm hoping that I fix everything. Seems like it is probably just the hydroboost unit, but maybe power steering pump too. I am replacing everything so it will be hard to narrow down exactly what when wrong. Not really to bad $340 and a few hrs of work for a properly working brake and steering system, I'm ok with it.

Are the caliper guide pins well greased and moving freely? If one is sticking in any position it could cause some jerkyness upon applying brakes

Well I could have stated that I don't have ABS on the car and it also wouldn't affect anything when the car is stopped.

I did fix the problem though. Replacing the PS Pump and MC fixed this probable. Brakes Smooth and Turns Smooth under any condition. The brake booster was a wrong part. So I didn't put it in. Just cost me like 2 hrs taking the old one out for no reason, but saved me money so. Also, my fluid was in bad shape too. It was about 15K miles of use, might have contributed to the problem. I'd recommend doing a fluid flush first to anyone.
