$900 Head unit, what alarm?
I have a 03 convertible and a $900 stereo (And trunk full of goodies)
I love the starter disabler,
What is a good alarm that keeps the passive system the fuel cut off and
works with the remote locks and gives a good alarm?
The viper remote start? Not big into remote start.
This is the issue, with the top down any one can just open the door and work on my car.
NO alarm goes off? So the 03 has no alarm system?
I know alarm systems are pretty much useless.
With the HUGE METH ISSUE we have in the area I live in you cant go to the beach any more, cant go hiking, camping, its difficult to go to the movies,
I HATE METH!!!
Or the Lojack or GPS but Im mostly worried a guy can force out my head unit in seconds with no alarm what so ever.

I have a clifford alarm system on my car I don't know abouot the fuel cut off but it makes a hell of a noise when it goes off. It's pretty senstive, had a girl squish a bug on my hood and the car went crazy.
Also it goes off if I lock someone in the car and the doors are open.
As far as viper goes i'm pretty sure you can buy just the alarm system without the remote start
