Default Another fuel mileage question....

I just got my engine back in the car and I'm working some bugs out still. Should the following mods equal 19 mpg?
MMR stage 2 heads
Comp 262 cams
Teksid block with 11cc pistons for 10.5 -1 ish comp
Upr x, magna flow mufflers, 70mm tb , SCT tune for 91 ( bama) , bbk cold air
Stock gears, tranny, and drive line.
I have been babying it due to the break in of the engine. There are no cel's. Car is an
04 gt. I did have a bad dpfe that was replaced before this tank of fuel. Any help is
appreciated

This one has my poor little brain boggled. Normally cam and mpg never go together. They usually hurt in the city but do not effect on the highway.

For those Mods, that's really good gas mileage! I bet your new motor really rips.

Let me know if you ever have any questions or need some assistance!

for a 9 year old car its very hard to make it do more mpg then it should, considering the engine is used and abused after 9 years of running.

The engine with mods listed is all new, about 500 miles so far. With my stock 185k mile engine I got about 23-25 MPG, my trip to work is mostly highway. I guess the heads/cams use a lot of fuel. Thanks for the responses guys
