Default Sluggish performance

So I seem to be down on power and feels like I'm towing a trailer. Under throttle it gets louder but does not have a lot of umph. Under free rev it seems to take longer than normal to wind back to idle. It also feels like it has a very slight miss but no cel for it. I am thinking vacuums leak(I should have one with the vent issue) or it needs some new plugs. I was just wondering if any one has experienced this and turned out to be something else. Thanks for the help

You still have cats? If so, they could be clogging up. Start with the basics. Air filter, Plugs, Wires, even tire pressure, or brake drag.

Ever get a rotten egg sort of smell after hard acceleration? That is a sign of bad cats.

I would keep it simple and start with vacuum leaks, and then go from there. There is a whole laundry list that this problem is associated with. I can list more later if you want.

Fixed the vacuum leak that was causing the vent issue And it is feeling a Lot better. Next will come plugs and filter.
