Default Trick flow heads?

So I have an 04 gt supercharged and am looking to get some more now. I am interested I trick flow twisted wedge heads and maybe new cams. My car puts down about 360 now. If I did this kit with the heads what type of power increase would I be seeing? I read on another post someone put the heads on with nothing else major to the car and was in the 350 range. And if this is an awesome head to go with what can would work nice with this? Thanks all

I honestly think money can be well spent elsewhere. You are only going to be able to run in the 400-420rwhp range safely, and you can EASILY get there without $4k in heads/cams install....just saying. Get an intercooler or meth for 1/10th of the price and bam, you maxed out your motor. If you are already cooled than you can easily run another 2-3 psi and be in the 400rwhp range as well

Man it sucks that this motor can't take much more. I don't have an intercololer. When I had the supercharger installed I was told it wasn't critical. If I put it in I can raise the boost to about 12? It's at 8 right now I believe. Where's a good place to find an intercololer for a good price? Thanks for the input

Not a problem man, it just honestly doesnt make sense to spend that kind of money and TONS of labor and have to detune the car or have to walk on ice every time you go WOT. If you don't already have an intercooler, thats what I would highly suggest doing. I personally run a Paxton FMIC but its very $$$$. You will also need an upgraded bypass valve/blow off valve if you are running blow thru. If you are only running 8psi you have a lot of room to grow on that blower and can easily make 420rwhp without even messing with heads/cams/intake

What cams are you running now and is this a stock bottom end? I am assuming it is due to the other posts.

You can get to 400hp with that blower. I'm running a Vortec V2 on 12 psi, completly stock motor and it puts down 425 on the dyno.
I also don't have an intercooler and overheating has not been an issue for me.
I've also been looking at getting a new cam for a better sounding idle, and I was looking at getting my heads rebuilt. I'm interested in what people have to say about it

i was told that if i did 12psi i would be really pushing the motor? all my motor is stock with 42lb injectors and 2 cobra fuel pumps with a vortech sq trim with 8 lbs. every time i think about changing something major on the motor it ends up being so expensive i start looking at mmr for a totally new forged motor. if i got a pulley to put 12 psi and an intercooler i could put over 400 to the ground?!?!?! any suggestions were to find this stuff?? oh this is exciting lol

12psi is fine. I was running upwards of 14psi with no issues, just go to a reputable tuner. Keep in mind, how often will you really be at max psi? When adding an intercooler you will lose psi, depending on its efficiency.
