hey guys.. need some guidance..

i have a 1996 SVT cobra and i replaced the head gasket on the driver side... long story short i did all the fuel pressure release stuff and the inertia switch is not popping back out (resetting). When I turn the key over i heard a click (I'm assuming the fuel pump). and then the engine cranks, but doesn't turn over. I need this issue resolved as soon as possible thanks

The fuel pump should be a more of a whining noise. When you say it cranks but won't turn over, do you mean the engine is turning(starter turning flywheel/crank) but won't fire(start up)?

I got it... Ended up being a ground wire I missed.
