overheating issue

Default overheating issue

i have a 2001 mustang cobra recently I replaced the head gaskets and now it is overheating the coolant isn't even flowing through the top rad hose and the temp gauge never gets to operating temp it stays on cold even though my after market temp gauge reads 210 no heat from air vents either I tried burping the cooling system with no luck the coolant in the reservoir never goes down I also replaced the thermostat still no luck any help with this will be greatly appreciated.

I'd look at the water pump to make sure it's moving coolant for you. They don't always show the signs of going bad externally when they give up.
