Well I feel a little better that I'm not the only but spending this much on it. When the guy told me 1750 I thought he was crazy. Did anyone change the intake plenum and throttle body too? Or is that a wasteful upgrade?

every little bit helps. With a boosted motor look into a 75mm throttle body and a high volume plenum. What manifold are you going to run?

Is this on a stock motor? Stock cams? Would need more info on your setup. But if $ is a concern, which it seemed like it is...now you are getting into swapping manifolds, gaskets, probably new rails...etc

yea i think getting into the manifold might be to much for me.... im not to great with engines, but im trying. i think i am going to go with the vortech intercooler (air to air) 75 mm trick flow tb and plenum and get a smaller pulley... something to get around 12 psi.... i was thinking about getting a bike but decided to use the money on the car. hey 97, thanks so much for the help. unfortunately, im the only person i know into cars and the closest shop to me is like 80 miles. so this week im ordering parts!!!
