1999 Mustang GT Hood Scoop (Only some have it?)
I have a 1999 Mustang GT 35th anniversary edition and right now it has the basic hood without the scoop. Can anyone please explain what versions of the 99-04 GTs do and do not have a hood scoop?

All 1999 Mustangs had the 35th Anniversary badge, however there was a '99 35th Anniversary Limited Edition GT that had the fake hood scoop and interior upgrades similar to the later GT Premium package; my brother has one.
Per the Redbook it was a $2700 option package, 4628 were made.

This is my brother's 35th LE; he canned the wheels to go with American Racing "Bullitt" replicas, painted the hood scoop satin black, and dropped it a bit over 2"--too much for his geezer older brother, it rides like a buck-board:
