Default Cam and Tune Question

So I have a completely stock 03 Roush 380R, I know Roush ECU's cannot be tuned but in the future I would like to put new cams in it. The car is a daily driver and I want a smooth drive. What cam could I go with that would give me a slight power increase and a little lope while retaining the Roush ECU? any opinions would be greatly appreciated. Also I have heard BBK is the best intake to match the Roush/BBK throttle body is there any others. The main mods I plan to do are intake and 8lb pulley. I would like to do cams though. I'm on a budget so I don't want to get into head swaps and all that right now. Just a good streetable cam. Thanks

The Roush PCM can be tuned, I have done it with Delta Force Commando--the only "gotcha" is that you first retrieve the "stock" Roush tune, and consider it as being the stock tune for any further changes...
