Mustang mystery problem????

UPDATE!!!!!
This is what I found when I checked my oil. Why does the cap on my oil look like a milkshake? The dipstick looks like light brown coffee and I filled up the coolant reservoir about a month ago and it's bone dry. My guess is that the engine is somehow sucking up coolant. Anyone know if I might be right or what else it could be?

In winter mounts condensation causes something like that, but its usually only near the top of the dipstick and on the filler cap, is there oil floating in the top of the coolant expansion tank? If so somethings up maybe a headgasket.

The coolant tank is completely empty so I couldn't tell you. The filler cap has a brown milkshake on it that looks nasty and it hasn't been cold here in Miami fl at all.

The filler cap for the coolabt is milkshake too? Not looming good man, im not sure if the 2vs hae an oil cooler like the 4vs do cause besides that your probably lookin at a blown headgasket or a cracked head, regardless id stop trying it untill its sorted out, introducing water into the rotating assembly lubrication isnt the best and it looks like you have money in the motor.

Not the filler cap for the coolant but the filler cap for the oil is milkshake. The coolant reservoir is empty and I know it's never supposed to he completely bone dry like it is and not in a months time.

2) Almost 1000 miles on the motor
3) Should be new head gaskets because I melted the other motor.
4) The car was not re-dynoed because it was the same exact displacement of the original motor.
