1ST I apologize if this is a stupid question but i am a Chevy transplant and still learning about Fords. My question is will a supercharger from a 08 GT 500 5.4 work with my 4.6?? Thanks in advance guys.

Sure, provided you can fabricate an intake manifold to accept the blower. IOW nope sure won't. The GT500 engine is a 4 valve 5.4 and you have a 2v 4.6. The similarities stop at the block.
The best option for supercharging a GT is to just buy a centri blower like a vortech or pro-charger.

For the most part, no. As state you would have to have a custom made adapter to make it work, youll end up sending more than what it would cost to find a used supercharger kit for the car.
