#4 Misfire

#4 Misfire
For those that followed my old threads, I recently replaced the driver side head from a #8 blow out and had the passenger head machined. Following is a new problem I'm facing that I can't seem to figure out.
My #4 is misfiring periodically. It isn't constantly as I can feel the engine bog down for a moment when it happens, but from time to time it'll randomly misfire. I've replaced the coil and the spark plug, and prior to this issue I also replaced the fuel filter.
#4 does have a helicoil in it. I'm considering the possibility that it could be that. I don't know how to test that, though. I also don't know if it's safe to pull the plug and the coil and to try running the engine to see if the plug is actually consistently sparking. Furthermore, I don't know exactly how to go about testing for vacuum leaks on the #4 or what else it could be.
Has anyone had any experiences like this and what did you do? Thanks in advance.
