My dads 98 mustang gt won't stop screeching no matter what he does. He has already changed all the pulleys,the belt, tension lever, altinator, water pump, pretty much everything besides the cam. Do you guys have any clue what could cause the chirping? Any input would be appreciated.

Welcome. I'm thinking a video audio is going to be called for here. You described it as screeching and then chirping.Screeching to me is a pretty consistent long duration high pitch steady sound. Chirping to me would be high pitched short duration sound with breif intrludes of silence.An audio would help some of the more experienced guys help you.

If it's a stick shift, I am going with the throw out bearing. They can be very squeaky.
