Question Rear tire wobble

When driving my car on the highway at around 60-70 mph my rear tires seem to wobble or oscillate and I can't seem to figure out what the problem is. i have had the tires balanced and i am almost positive that the rims are not bent. i just got new tires also and the problem still persists. The rear tires are 265/35/18. Any input or possible solutions would be greatly appreciated thanks

this might sound silly, but have to checked to make sure the lug nuts are tightened properly?

If it only vibrates/wobbles at a certain speed, you're describing is a balance problem.

How do you know they're wobbling? Do you get steering input or do you feel it in your seat/feet?

if the tire shop was able to balance them, the rims cannot be bent. I'd be willing to bet you have a bent axle if they wobble all the time.

If u jack up the rear is there any wobble or play in the wheel? if so could be an axle or carrier bearing. Also did u hit anything recently if so axle end could be bent.

What kind of balance did they do?
Did you check the runout on the wheel, both while off the car and while mounted?

While you have it Jacked, Look closely at the "U-Joints". Just because they dont make noise, doesnt mean they are good, and can easily vibrate within a narrow load/ speed range, just like a tire.

I jacked up my car and there was no play or wobble in the wheels and i checked the axles even though i haven't hit or ran into anything recently and they seemed fine.

As far as balancing they did a dynamic balance where they put it on the machine and it spins the tire. But no i did not check the runout and to be completely honest i have no idea how to.

I also looked at the u joints and they seemed good there was no play in the driveshaft or anything.
