Either use a jaw puller if it's real tight or wiggle the whole thing off with a pair of screwdrivers or small pry bars. To put it back clean the shaft with some fine grit sand paper, spray some WD-40 on it and tap it back on with a hammer and a piece of wood. Pay attention to how it comes apart and put it back together like that.
+1. The clutch assembly is press fit just like the power steering pulley. With the right tools you can pull it off and press it back on again. The clutch is not connected to the A/C lines, so replacing the clutch assembly will not open the A/C lines at all. There are a bunch of YouTube videos you can watch on this topic if your still skeptical.
