Long story short,

I used to have a 2007 GT, but traded it in on a truck two years ago. I love the truck but I missed having a fun stick shift car. Well I just bought a 2000 Mustang GT with 71k on clock, so that i have a toy.

Now I have a problem, I just changed out the front brakes pads and rotors. I did do a proper brake job, cleaned and greased sliders and all that. My brakes are sticking and I don't think the pistons in the calipers are releasing. I took them apart again last night and compressed them again but this am same thing they don't release enough so they are dragging and heating up.

Has anyone had this issue, is there an adjustment on the master cylinder for that? I read that there should be a pressure release whole. Not sure about this model year. The fluid does look clean but who knows.

Don't worry about it... The pads will wear down eventually
