I am looking at a supercharger for my 96 gt. The ad says that it is for a 99 to 04 gt. It is a Vortech V2 and comes with Vortech V2 S-trim
Aftercooler, Aftercooler Coolant Tank, 6-Rib Pulley, SCT BA2400 MAF, Boost gauge, Kenne Bell Boost-a-pump, Intercooler, Auxillary water pump for intercooler, Relay for aux. pump, 42lb Injectors, Powerpipe,Battery relocation Kit with (-) and (+) cables, Bosch bypass valve and some other stuff. Will it fit my 96 and is it worth $3000?

Is it a stock 96 motor? I'm not sure on the fitment but you'd be lucky to get 300hp with a non pi motor even with a blower. You'd be much better off in investing in a PI swap which would put you up to maybe 275hp for 1/4th of the price.

it is a stock 96 4.6 other then a couple bolt ons (bbk cold air intake, bbk 78mm tb intake and the exhaust has been done. What is a pi swap?

Ok figured out what the pi swap is. Looks like a good place to start. What all parts do I need to make this swap possible?
