06 GT ABS and TCS wont turn off after rain
Hey guys,
The ABS AND TCS lights in my well maintained 06 Ford Mustang GT just came on the other day. I was driving while it was raining like hell (Typical Florida Weather) with puddles all over the road. The car fell fine but when I was about to leave home the next day i noticed both of these lights were on. What can be the reason for this? I dont have a problem driving without thr abs and the tcs but when its wet it gets slighly dangerous (most people cant dtive to save their own lives and sudden stops can be tricky so i have to keep my distance). Any help, ideas, or tips will b greatly appreciated
Ps: im about to replace all four tires since they are in a rather bad shape (specially the front), could the be causing my light to stay on?

My guess would be to take it some place that is capable of reading the codes.
Usually the lights on mean there is a problem in the system , It could be a bad wheel sensor, its really hard to diagnose with out pulling the codes.
Generally the lights will stay off until the abs or tcs is activated then it senses a fault and sets the light storing a code. You can disconnect the battery and the system will reset it self , It may have be a random occurrence and might not ever happen again. Or it may happen every time the abs or tcs is activated due to slippery roads.
