Good luck finding pre-bent lines. I would measure the existing line like dawson1112 suggested, take the line off and go to a local auto parts store and pick up some new brake line with the correct fittings. If you haven’t done a flair before (flaring is easier said then done, and takes practice) I would recommend bringing the new line to a local brake shop and ask them to cut the line to the desired length & flare it for you. Then you can brend it yourself to match the stock line. Most auto parts stores rent brake line bender tools that work very well and are easy to use.
