Default Transmission issues...

Hello! Im new to this forum, but i have been loving my mustang since day one. Well Im having Transmission issues with my mustang and im going to make it as descriptive as possible.

Ok, well i have been literally cracking the transmission on my mustang. It is a T45 and ive heard that they are crap, but i still find it hard to believe that it would break this easy. I have cracked 2 transmissions now. The first one broke when i was at the top of 4th gear WOT. which i could see as reasonable but i put a new one in and it cracked after only one day! I wasn't getting on it because i know it was in the break in period. I was at 3K rpm's in 5th and i was passing a car on the highway, half way through the pass my transmission cracked again. I should also mention that i notice there is a bad vibration in the shifter when i reach 75mph or so. (thats normal speeds on texas highways)
It is the actually Transfer case, not the bell housing that is cracking. I will post up 2 pictures i have of it. but my big question is what might be causing this? I cant afford to buy transmissions left and right like this.

I have a few mods done to my mustang but i have never had it on a dyno.
Full cold air intake, Shorty Headers, X-pipe Exhaust, Port and polished head with a mild cam, Steeda underdrive pulley, and a Stage 2 Clutch, 3.73 gears with Posi trac.
Is it possible i am just making to much power for my T45 to handle? Please help. I want to know why might be causing this

You are not making to much power for it to handle , Id like to see the damage.

It could be a bad trans mount, bad/bent drive shaft , bad ujoints, and any other various things.

If the sight wont let you post pictures yet get a photo bucket account and upload them to it then post the image link here.

That's the craziest thing I ever seen. How are your moter mounts? Did it crack in the same place on the other trans?

I haven't checked the motor mounts yet, but the way the transmission went the second time is just like the first time, with a bunch of smoke bellowing behind me and it was leaking transmission fluid. i didnt include this because i didnt think it was linked, but i also snapped the bolt to my alternater at the same time my second trans blew. its not even connected now. the bolt literally snapped in half

Before the first one cracked was any work done to the clutch or was the trans ever pulled prior to the first one going?

It almost looks like there is something putting a bind on the input shaft as its bolted up to the engine. Bad pilot bearing? Warped flywheel?

It is possible, the person that owned it before me put the stage 2 clutch in there. He might have not resurfaced the flywheel or changed the pilot bearing?

Can you get a picture of the flywheel, pilot bearing, and the end of the input shaft from the old trans, or the new one.

Ill take a picture of it tomorrow when i pull the second transmission out. But from what i remember, when i pulled out the last one, the input shaft and pilot bearing lookes fine. i didnt look at the flywheel because i left the clutch assembly on it
