1. For a 125 shot it might hold, depends on the condition of the engine, but if not comfortable with 125 you can always change the jets in the nozzle. 2. My assumption for the window switch, must be for the nitrous activation. 3. Running on 93 octane fuel for a daily driver can get a little expensive if you have a long commute. Other than that not bad

Wow, this is a great build you have going! That's a lot of awesome mods and your 2004 Mustang is going to be a blast to drive.

1. A 125 shot is probably okay with the proper install and proper tuning. I would probably recommend staying between a 75-100 shot though. This is the most common set up on the New Edge Mustangs!

2. You can have your tuner set your window switch up to spray however you like it. I would probably start spraying around 2-3k and stop spraying at about 800-1k before redline.

3. I think you definitely have all the bolt ons and suspensions. I would recommend doing some fuel upgrades with your nitrous as well. Injectors, step colder plugs, fuel pump etc..

Your car will definitely be daily drivable. When you're not spraying the car is going to drive like it's not even there!

Hope this helps..

Never spray under 3K is a good rule of thumb. If the engine isn't turning fast enough it won't take all the nitrous and fuel into the cylinders which leads to puddling and blown up intake manifolds. I would also keep it under a 100 shot with a wet kit. The design of the modular intake manifold collects fuel at the bottom and once again leads to blown up intake manifolds.

If you wanna go higher, hit it with a dry kit and add the fuel through the tune and the injectors. The Nitrous itself isn't flammable so even if a little puddles up it has little chance of exploding. I would also look into a wide open throttle switch. They come in electronic or manual and it makes sure you're actually at WOT. Wire that in front of the window switch and then when you wanna spray all you have to do is flip the switch.

Definitely colder plugs and a fuel pump would be smart. You are trying to add enough gas to support a full hundred HP more after all.

I DONT need a window switch? the tune can do it for me? everything says I need a window switch. I don't know if id be comfortable not getting one. does a tune have a chance of missing the window by mistake and that's why I should get the switch?

No, a window switch is a great way to control nitrous oxide delivery. I'm saying you should consider a wide open throttle switch as well so that when you lift off the throttle the nitrous stops.

Also I suggested a dry nitrous kit and using the tune to add fuel at WOT. This means that there will only be nitrous oxide in the intake manifold instead of nitrous and fuel. Less fluid means less puddling since nitrous isn't flammable you have less risk of nitrous backfires.
