As long as you keep the rwhp at or around 400 you'll be ok. You will not have to have the internals forged. Just make sure you get it tuned correctly.

Just put it on so long as you are not pushing over 10 psi you will be good (with a tune). One thing I would make sure of before a super charger (or any other kind of mod) I would find out where the oil is coming from. No need to build power when the motor has a diffrent issue.

Yea i got up in there with a camera and cant figure out its just pooling a little like just enough to fill a contact lens case and its in the very front of the valley in the middle really close to were that tube comes out

The only thing I could think of off the top of my head would be a gasket is about to/going bad. If it was me I would keep trying to find the cause of the leak before I did anything else to it. Could be as simple as a valve cover gasket or it could be a head gasket going south. Either way I would track it down first.
