How to find leaking vaccum
I have a 96 GT and i only get the defrost nothing else. I have made sure all the vaccum's were tight on the back of the heat/ac face and i didnt see anything loose when i was changing heater core. Is there an easy way to figure out which is the culprit?
Thanks,

If you have already looked at the lines inside the dash you need to check the small black line that comes out of the firewall on the passenger side of the engine bay. That's the one that controls your A/C.

If your problem is that the hose is broken I’ll look up the specs you need in my factory service manual. Let me know.
Good luck...

+1. Its a thin hard plastic tube that comes out of the firewall on the passenger side and goes clear across the engine bay towards the break booster. They often get brittle over time and break. If yours is broken you can repair it by sticking both ends into a small section of rubber hose. I don’t remember the inner diameter of the repair hose, but I picked one up at my local auto parts store.
