v6 to v8
ok i just purchased a 2000 mustang that doesnt have a motor it originally had the v6 3.8 in it but was wondering if i could put the v8 4.6 in it if so what would i have to do and would it be worth it money wise

You'd need not only the engine, but a transmission, wiring harness, driveshaft, rear diff, rear axle, and other miscellaneous parts.
The guages are different as well and probably won't work with the V8's wiring harness.
In my honest opinion I'd say if you want a V8 Mustang, you should sell what you got, cut your losses if necessary and buy a Mustang that is already equipped with a V8.
If not, you have quite the project ahead of you. I don't think the benefit will outweigh the cost. Typically when someone does a V8 swap into a V6 Mustang, it's a case of already having all the necessary components from their own wrecked and salvaged V8 Mustang, and they got the V6 shell for cheap.
