Default Few Issues with 2000 GT

I have a 2000 Mustang gt brand new 4.6L 2V motor nothing fancy. However the oil is running what i think is a little too hot. The cars temp is also a little high for my liking. I was wondering if any of you guys knew of a good radiator to replace the stock one to help with the cooling.
Second issue is my car doesnt roll when on a hill and in neutral. pretty sure my brakes are locked. I just replaced the calipers and did the bleeding required to get air out of the lines. My brakes themselves are not attached to the rotor anywhere that i can see (yes i took them off as well to check). Any ideas or comments on what can be causing this and how to fix it? All positive information is appreciated. Thanks everyone.

You can try a 2 core radiator for the cooling , also lower 180-160 thermostat.Check on eBay for radiators.Check e-brake cable to make sure they are releasing.Good luck
