Default Power Seat problems

I recently purchased a 96 GT Convertible. Seems in good shape. I was told the power seats didn't work, so I found a fuse under the hood, replaced it and now I can hear the motors running, but nothing happens. They don't sound like they're grinding or having issues, but still they do nothing. Will I have to take out the seats to diagnose.. are there places that sell replacement motors (I've not seen any listed).. suggestions?
