Default will i need a bumpsteer kit?

My car is sitting pretty low right now because the previous owner cut the stock springs. I don't know how low it is, but I don't really like it and it handles and rides like crap. I am thinking of putting a new set of springs on it that will lower it from stock height to 1.5" Will I need a bumpsteer kit on my car for it only being lowered an inch or 1.5"??

and the inner and outer tie rods on my car are only a few months old. the old ones were in terrible shape im guessing thats due to how low it is, or they were just really old.

Also with the new springs I am ordering, I'm getting caster camber plates as well. So is the bumpsteer kit really necessary with being lowered at 1.5" and having cc plates?

Neither CC-plates nor Bumpsteer kits are "necessary", but they both make worthwhile upgrades. I'd install the cc-plates first if money is an issue. I can give you a discount on UPR if you'd like.

like upr said, neither are necessary. personally I wouldn't run the bump steer kit. the cc plates I would shoot for in the future. the main thing is inside excess tire wear. plus you can tweat the suspension a little more to your liking.

The tire wear is my biggest issue right now, its time for cc plates. My last set didnt last too long they wore out way too fast. I have a new set on the front now so I need to get those.

go with the 4 bolt cc plates, a little extra money for a lot tougher, stronger setup.
