Hey all, C.A. here from yet ANOTHR deployment (oorah Marine Corps) I'm looking to do some more mods, I haven't delved into the deep internals of the engine yet...I'm an old school devil, I like 429's and 351's. But my 02' has turned out to be pretty fun. Right now she's sporting 3.73's and a blower. I'm now looking at taking the rear to 4.10'/4.56's and 31 spline axles, and going into the heads and swapping cams/springs. I have my eye on a set of Xrtreme Energy 274H's as far as cams with matched beehives...my question about the cams, will these work with my stock compression/piston size (as far as piston cc's). As for the tranny. I'm curious...with 4.56's...what go/torque numbers am I going to start breaking shafts (input/output) and galling synchros?
