Default front brakes dragging

I just replaced the brake master cylinder on 1997 Mustang GT. It was leaking. Bled the brakes and between 5 and 10 miles down the road the front brakes locked up. Released pressure with the MC bleed valve and made it home. bled the crap out of the front brakes again and still the same result. Any ideas?

I am assuming both locked up? Are the pads new? It was only a MC swap?
