Default Speedometer

Just purchased a 2003 GT Premium Convertible. Don't have any documentation on it. The problem is the speedometer shows 70 but I'm radar shows 60. The tires are stock size. I need help to fix this please. Thanks

Sounds like you either have aftermarket wheels or a different diff gear (or both).

You need the ford racing recalibration tool part #M-4209ADPT-AC. Can be purchased from AM here

I would go through the gauge test to verify the computer reading of speed.

The final drive gears were changed to 3.73:1ratio, from the stock 3.27:1 gears. The speedometer correction device linked above, or a custom tune can correct this--I'd go with a tune as the stock tune sucks...
