Default 2000 gt making ticking noise

Hi guys, hopefully I'm posting in the right spot, well anyway I just got home today and thought I heard a ticking sound, (2000 mustang gt, stock except for cold air intake and flowmaster catbacks with h pipe) I got out and popped the hood and sure enough there was a tick, it's not super loud but definitely noticible, I revved it up and the ticks got faster, when it's in idle they are almost a full second apart though, I checked oil and transmission fluids and they are fine. Any advice is greatly appreciated

Default update

I took the belt off and the knock/tick went away, put the belt back on and used a stethoscope to try to pinpoint the sound, it sounded like it was coming from the idler pillows, both made about the same amount of noise, the problem is I replaced them both a couple months back because they were squealing, not really sure what to do at this point
