Default Skipping, Rough Idle, Loss of Power

Experiencing a misfire leading me to believe its the COP... Had a code finally pop for a TPS which was replaced and tested with a voltmeter to insure it works. I cant get another code to pop

Yesterday I took out all the COP and cleaned (already really clean) and inspected them for wear. they all appear to be in good working condition. I also checked resistance and all read the same Omhs. also checked hesparkplugs which are only 5,000miles old and gaps, checked out fine.

After no prevail with the electrical I jumped over to the throttle body which I cleaned last year. took it all apart cleaned the ICA TPS, EGR and MAF replaced gaskets and inspected for a vacuum leak. I got nothing... still runs like crap.

engine has 104k is an 02 GT, I have yet to do timing tensioners/guides, thinking it may have skipped a tooth?
