Ok I bought a 98 cobra it had a couple issues. First off the fan has a toggle switch hooked up to it and still has the stock wires hooked up. It works on low but not on high unless I turn the toggle on. It was also throwing a lean code tell I reset the computer. Now it's just throwing a evap sensor code. That is the only code it's throwing which I ordered the part. But the issue is it's still cuts out sometimes. And today it actually stalled right on it's face like I was running out of gas and at one point was just stuck at 3900 rpm now matter how much gas I gave it. And also the IRMC are not opening but I can open them freely by hand. But I'm not getting a code for that. So what I am wondering with all these issues does it sound like it could be the CCRM causing these issues. Or do these all not relate?

The IMRC's do not open until 3250rpms so if your haveing trouble with car falling on face after that I would assume they are not opening properly. zip tie them open and see if that helps if it does delete or clean them

Well I have all the codes away now but a p1151 what could that be its a lean code and sometimes it acts like its running out of gas and stall but u stop to a idle and it revs fine its like a issue under load.

The imrc not opening at speed would def cause it to feel flat, there nothing but issues on these cars, delete them and never look back.

It was a ground issue with the cutting out. Now i'm just working on the lean bank 2 code.
