Passenger Rear Sitting 1.25" Lower than Driver???
I have been hearing a rubbing sound coming from the rear of my car when I go over bumps. Sometimes even only slight bumps. Noticed I was getting cut marks in the side of my tires so I know the rear tires are hitting the quarters. I noticed it was MUCH MUCH worse on the passenger side. The car has H&R springs, Tokico Blue shocks/struts, and 18x10 Saleens with 295 Nitto Invos in the rear. All already installed when I bought the car wrecked.
It was wrecked mainly on the passenger side, enough to brake the passenger rear rotor and bend the axle shaft and wheel. Somehow over all this time I, along with my body shop, both inspections, and alignment shop have missed that the passenger rear is sitting 1.25" lower than the driver rear. The frame was tweaked a very minor bit and was pulled square. So I'm thinking bent control arm maybe? What do you guys think?

...or could it be as simple as a blown shock? I don't know how the wreck would have caused that really. The axle is centered under the car so it shouldn't have experienced any side load. But who knows, I don't know what happened in the wreck. Would it be simplest to swap driver and passenger shocks and see if the lean follows the shock?
Any suggestions are greatly welcomed.

A cracked spring had crossed my mind. I just would think I would have noticed it with all the time I spent under the rear end back when I was fixing it. But hey, I'm not perfect so I definitely could have missed it, especially since it wasn't something I was looking for at the time.
No oil seeping out of the shock to possibly indicate a blown shock. I still want to swap the two sides though. This thing sits so freakin' low I can't tell anything by laying on the ground. Because of it sitting so low it makes lifting it with a floor jack and stands quite the process...
Didn't have time this weekend to get it up and look at it. Sucks because I don't wont to drive it in this condition not knowing what is in fact wrong.
Gotta fix my sister's car from her fender bender this week before helping her move this weekend, going camping next weekend with some buddies and the girlfriend, and leaving in two weekends for my next co-op. I'm really wanting to figure this out before I leave for four months.
I really appreciate all the suggestions. Hope I can find time to fix my stuff between fixing every body else's stuff!
