opinions on this shortblock
Im thinking of buying this short block from a private seller for 1500 shipped. Do you guys think it's worth it? I'm only loooking to make 450-500 at the crank which the stock windsor crank should handle fine from what ive read.
Just looking for opinions before i pull the trigger on this. thanks

Balancing isn't a big deal but it a good idea. My machine shop charged me $200 to balance my rotating assembly.....but this was prior to the motor being built. Just an FYI, MMR's Street Mod 600 shortblock costs $1000 more but is balanced, blueprinted, professionally built, and comes with a warranty.....
