I have a 2004 gt auto 98ooo miles runs perfect in stock.when I insall the tune which been modified 4 times to back of the timing I still get spark knock.when I am driving at slow speeds and I hit the gas will fast I will get a slight knock for a second and it stops.i tried higher octang and I cleaned my throttle body,changed my gas filter and my plugs.bamma wants me to data log but I am having problems with that.i have no check engine light,,any ideas where to look losing fiath on this tuner.

Ditch the mail order tune and just run it stock.
