Squealing Sound when in Neutral or Low RPM in Gear. Intermittent.
Thought it was the Idler Pulley, because I noticed it after washing my engine bay. But I washed the engine bay right when I got the car...
There is a high pitched squeal when the car is in neutral, sometimes it's there, sometimes it isn't.
Always disappears when I am moving the clutch pedal. For now I usually lightly touch the clutch pedal to keep it from squealing when in parking lots at low speeds.
Sometimes the squeal returns in gear at low RPM, but disappears again when RPM increase.
I lubricated the Idler Pulley and the Tension-er Pulley, seemed to help, but then it came back near immediately.
Having a hard time determining the location, maybe under the car? (If so, then I know its throw-out/pilot bearing)
Thoughts?

Throw out bearing is probly just barely touching the clutch fingers. If the noise goes away when you apply light pressure to the clutch that is it.
You can eliminate the noise if you take up a bit of slack from the clutch cable by pushing the clutch to the floor with your hand then stick a large screw driver up in the quadrant to hold it in place while you lift the pedal slightly, you will hear a clicking sound. You only need about 1 click and it should be good.
If the noise does not go away by doing that its probly time for a new one.

Wow! That worked! You were right about slightly moving the pedal. I barely just got the screwdriver up there and moved my hand slightly and heard a single click. Now when I sit at idle it's silent, and the squeal starts for a moment when I start to press the pedal.
Definitely much better than constant squeal!
If and when I decide to change the clutch, I'll replace all the bearings with Motorcraft parts and that will be a permanent solution. But for now, the 'one click' method works!
Thank you dawson1112!
